As a general rule, we do not accept returns by courier. We only accept returns by courier as a special exception in cases where it is difficult to return the device to the installation location.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost and must pay the shipping fee in advance. We do not accept returns with the shipping fee to be paid upon receipt.(We do not accept Collect on Delivery.)
Once you have returned the device, please check the arrival date of the package and complete the extension procedure to cover the period until the arrival date. If you do not extend the rental period, you may be charged a penalty fee of $360.
Please note that the penalty fee will not be waived even if the WiFiBOX is returned after it has been charged.
